Meet our HR Associate Jo...

Jo is an experienced HR professional and offers sound advice to tricky employment issues. She has worked in HR for the last 16 years working across not-for-profit sector, manufacturing, healthcare, education and construction. Jo is a certified workplace mediator and CIPD Level 5 qualified in HR.

She is a mum to two wonderful humans, Harry and Poppy and in her spare time she fosters dogs as well as dog sitting and boarding. She also likes to sing and enter quiz nights. Jo has a passion for helping others and a keen interest in promoting strong mental health and wellbeing initiatives and advocacy for those who might be marginalised in society.

 

Meet our HR Associate Lindsay...

Lindsay is our dynamic HR Associate, bringing warmth, energy and a wealth of experience to the team. A proud mum to two amazing girls, she loves getting outdoors for long walks with her dog and never turns down a good board game or escape room challenge. She is close to completing her CIPD Level 7 qualification and is also a trained Mental Health First Aider, reflecting her commitment to supporting others. With HR experience across Recruitment, Leisure Parks within the Hospitality industry, and the Education sector, Lindsay combines professional expertise with a naturally social, uplifting presence that makes her an invaluable part of our HR Team.

Meet our HR Associate Tamla...

Tamla is an experienced HR professional specialising in Employee Relations, with over nine years’ experience across local government, charities, and consultancy. She holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification and is a qualified mediator and trainer, bringing a practical and balanced approach to resolving workplace issues. Tamla is passionate about fairness, inclusion, and ensuring every voice is heard. She works collaboratively with leaders and employees to build positive, respectful working relationships.

Outside of work, Tamla enjoys playing social netball, staying active, and spending time with her dog and cat. She is also a step‑mum and a keen gamer in her spare time.

Meet our Founder and HR Associate Sam...

Sam set up Foreshore HR in 2019, where a conversation over a lunch with her Dad, encouraged her  ‘why not – start your own business?’ and support Companies directly.  Sam’s dedicated supporter, her late husband Gary, was always by her side when the going got tough and Sam now has an inner determination to make him proud through growing Foreshore HR and building a team to assist her on the journey.

Sam has a passion for sailing hence the business name ‘Foreshore HR’ she is a proud mum of three boys, Liam, Miles and Harley who keep her busy with their sporting hobbies.  Liam continues the legacy football team Paulsgrove AFC that Gary started, coaching Under 9s on Sundays, of which Harley plays in the team.  Miles follows Gary’s footsteps and enjoys playing golf as well as his love for football.

Sam holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification and her HR experience spans 24 years and comes from working within multiple Corporate HR sectors; Manufacturing; Care & Support; Early Years, Publications, Hospitality and IT.  She relishes the opportunity of meeting new businesses and watching how the employees develop as a team to add real value to the profitability of the Company.
